This programme is ideal for certified divers who wish to update their dive knowledge and skills - especially after a period of diving inactivity. It is an excellent way to 'tune-up' and refresh your existing scuba skills and ensures that you are adequately trained and prepared to re-enter the water. Just like an 'MOT' for diving, why not undertake this programme before travelling abroad to ensure that you are confident to dive safely. Course Structure You can study the training materials at your leisure and will need to complete the original 4 quizzes from the PADI Open Water Diver course to ensure that your theoretical knowledge is up to speed. Alternatively, the PADI “Scuba Tune-Up” workbook may be purchased - which is specifically aimed at the refresher and review programmes. It is a self study guide and can be reused to refresh your diver knowledge at any time in the future. We will then refresh and fine tune all your essential diver skills in the safety of a swimming pool to ensure that your are ready to return to the open water environment. The entire programme is priced at £35 Open Water Dive (optional) As part of the programme, we also offer an optional open water dive at one of our inland dive sites - where you can explore the underwater world under the supervision of one of our dive professionals. Priced at £25, it offers you the reassurance of diving in an open water environment with an Instructor or Divemaster who will take you on a guided underwater tour of the dive site. What Next? No matter what diving level you have achieved, there are always opportunities to improve and expand your dive skills. Linking your PADI Scuba Review with one of the many Specialty Diver courses, is an ideal way to gain further experience in different types of diving.
