Scuba Diver Training

www.frogsquad.co.uk

Peak Performance Buoyancy - 2 dives (One Day)

This is perhaps the most important skill to master and ensures that you don't sink to the bottom and damage the marine life or disturb the silt. Good buoyancy control is also essential for many specific diving activities such as underwater photography and wreck diving.

The purpose of the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty course is to fine-tune buoyancy control - enhancing the diver’s buoyancy control abilities through knowledge development and practical skills practice.

  • buoyancy check using PADI’s “Basic Weighting Guidelines”

  • weight position and distribution for comfort and desired body position (trim in the water)

  • visualisation and streamlining

  • fine-tuning neutral buoyancy underwater

  • certification counts toward the Master Scuba Diver rating

All PADI training materials are included in the price of the course - £75

To enrol on the course you must be a PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of age.
